Amendments to the Bylaws

These Bylaws may be amended by the approval of two ¬thirds of the members of the Academy voting thereon by ballot on a form to be prepared by the Secretary and e-mailed to each member eligible to vote and after being marked by such member shall be returned to the Secretary so that it will be received by him/her not later than sixty (60) days after being e-mailed by the Secretary, provided,

however, that no proposed amendment shall be submitted for adoption unless and until it shall have been first reviewed by the Executive Committee and then approved by the International Council, whose approval and a statement of the reasons therefore together with a copy of the substance- of the proposed amendment shall accompany each ballot when it is e-mailed to each member eligible to vote.
