Executive Committee

The Executive Committee consists of the officers and the Past President. The President of the immediately forthcoming International Congress serves as an advisory member without right to vote. The Executive Committee has the power to act for the International Council when the latter is not in session. Regular meetings of the Executive Committee are held during each International Congress at the place and time designated by the President.

The Executive Committee, in addition to other duties provided for in the Constitution or Bylaws, prepares a budget for the approval of the International Council and makes necessary adjustments according to circumstances, provided, however, that the changes are within the framework of the general policies determined by the International Council.

Regular meetings of the Executive Committee are held during each International Congress of the IAP and each USCAP Congress. More details about meetings can be found in Article 7-Meetings of the Constitution, and Bylaws, Chapter V.
